Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard freight nationwide is $10.00, or free when you spend $160 or more.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days across New Zealand.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is not available at this time. We currently ship within New Zealand only. Stay tuned for updates!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How do I return an item?
Send your return to: 15 Roslyn Terrace, West End, Timaru, New Zealand. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return has been received and approved.

How do I find my size?
Every body moves differently! Check out our Size Guide to find the fit that moves with yours. Our Empower Collection is available in sizes 2XS–3XL.
How does the activewear fit?
Our pieces are designed with minimal compression for a comfortable, flattering fit. They feel like you're wearing nothing at all!

What materials are used?
Our activewear is crafted from high-quality, performance fabrics including:
- Sweat-wicking, 4-way stretch fabric
- Non-see-through, squat-proof material
- Super-soft and stretchy fabric for all-day wear
- Double-layered front panels for a fuss-free, versatile look
We prioritise sourcing high-quality materials such as organic cotton and recycled fabrics to help minimise our environmental footprint.
How do I care for my Feeln Áctive pieces?
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry — hang or lay flat to dry
- Do not iron directly on printed areas
- Wash inside out to preserve colour and fabric quality

How is your activewear made?
At Feeln Áctive, we prioritise the origin and creation process of our activewear. Every one of our factories undergoes independent evaluations to ensure they adhere to internationally recognised social and environmental benchmarks — covering equitable labour conditions, workplace safety, and environmental stewardship.
We collaborate with esteemed certification bodies including Sedex, BSCI, Smeta, GRS, OCS, Oeko-Tex, and SLCP to ensure our standards are met.
We are deeply committed to ethical production and upholding human rights. We acknowledge that modern slavery — including forced labour and human trafficking — is a pressing global concern, and we are dedicated to ensuring our supply chain respects and upholds the dignity of all individuals involved.
Our commitment goes beyond mere compliance; we seek factory partners that are proactive in enhancing the lives of their workers.
Currently, our activewear is made in China, with plans to expand to India and Bali.
